Just looks like some embedded substrate (or other contamination*) to me, & should come off with her next shed. Mites move, & would rub off, & this is clearly a pattern under the scales.
*Do you spot clean after she defecates in her cage? Sometimes they manage to crawl thru stuff- & this is suspiciously on her tail too.

That is exactly what it is! I just cleaned her cage and let her soak so I thought she was completely clean and didn’t even think of that lol. I freaked out for a minute because I thought something was wrong. Thank you!
