Could it be a rub like suggested? Does it have something it can crawl under or through?
I mean she got the scale rot from me over misting as to the red marks I’m not entirely sure I just put in a new hide and grapevine branch in the terrarium

I understand. I just don't see how you would mist enough to cause that. Just seems to me that would have to be a ton of misting.
What type enclosure? Glass tank? Screen covered? What's the substrate?

I think KMG is on the right track with the rubbing or it being somehow related to this mild scale rot you're referring to. Typically scale rot comes from a dirty enclosure, or your snake sitting on super wet substrate for extended periods of time. I use to keep my BP in a glass tank and was misting a few times a day to keep humidity up and never had an issue like this, so I'd lean towards misting not being the issue unless you're like, non-stop spraying down everything in the enclosure.

What substrate are you using, btw? I can remember a thread a while back where the OP was panicked about a color change on their snake, a "side-stripe"- & it turned out to be from artificial colors added to the substrate & how the snake was contacting it. (It washed off! LOL) Everything does show up on a white snake...have you tried washing it off? Just in case...? This is on top of the snake, so what about decorations?

Well I had a humidity box with sphagnum moss and kept misting to keep humidity up to like 80 and I keep the glass terrarium clean also using prococo husk the block form and her scale rot got a lot better Since I treated her just looks like the reddish rash maybe got worse when I took these pics when I held her today she didn’t seem to have em just wondering if it’s the new hide ima investigate in the morning

From those the redness looks reduced. Is that what you are seeing in person?

To me this looks more like a scrape or bruising- rather than a rash on the skin surface, I think it might be increased blood below the surface that you're seeing. (ie. a bruise)

Help what is this rash looking like redness on her spine?
Y’all. It’s a white snake. It’s going to show bruises, blemishes, scrapes, scratches, abrasions infinitely more easily than a darkly pigmented snake. Curious to see what photos of the scale rot looked like

So it kind of feels like little bumps and when I touch the red part I think she gets disturbed
