Oh congrats Jeanne! How sweet. Aren't they just adorable. I just love when they go to jump too. That was very sweet of your daughter.

Awesome! You will love them. I am so glad I have all three of mine back now (two escaped, but were found). They can climb anything LOL. They are a lot of fun.

Ohh tell me about it.. my hubby is already planning a set up that can house this one and a couple others. They are going to stay in my bedroom b/c thats where we are late at night when watching tv, so it gives me a chance to view/interact with them, with the added benefit of a small waterfall for them plus I like the waterfall sound when I am trying to sleep. We are going to set up a really awesome reptarium for this one, and add once we know what sex it is.

It is amazing how much thier colors change through the day into night time. They remind me of a mood ring.

i think cresteds are perfect for a natural viv setup. i'm scaling back on my breeder pairs, and i think i might do a nice big screen display in the living room for them. after it has been pitch black for few hours, you might be surprised at how some can change colors. i had a few that were pink/tan during the day and blood red at midnight!
