    Wrinkly baby short tail

Hi! I very recently purchased my first medium-sized python- a borneo short tail. He came from dynasty reptiles, a breeder I'm familiar with and had purchased from in the past.

He came in about 4 days ago- I've been doing the right thing by leaving him alone but I can't help but be concerned over this one odd thing. He's super wrinkly. He doesnt appear to be in shed to me- he has more of an emaciated look to me. But his care sheet I have been given said he had last eaten 7/24. Is this just a hatchling snake thing I wasnt aware of? Hes really young- hatch date 6/11/2020.

I keep his humidity high, he isnt kept extremely warm. (like 85ish) have yet to feed him since he has only just arrived in my home.
