Regurgitation
How long do you wait after a regurgitation to feed again ?
My snake is a juvenile (around 120 grams) and it's been already 9 days since he regurgitated. I was planning to wait 14 days but I worry he might be starving.
Should I feed him or wait a bit more ?
Thanks in advance for your advices

Re: Regurgitation
first; why did he regurgitate and have you fixed the problem since then?
second, you wanna wait 2 weeks minimum. unless he is dangerously thin, you shouldn't have to worry about him going without food for awhile. you want his scarred throat to heal before feeding again because it may result in another reguritation.

And while you are waiting order some Nutribac, it's a reptile probiotic. I dust a bit on a damp f/t feeder.
Your snake's next meal should be a size down from what it normally takes.

After a regurgitation, snakes need a couple weeks to ensure they've had time to replenish their digestive enzymes also. Feeding too soon afterwards can bring another
up-chuck, & snakes can die from the ensuing dehydration+ even after only a few such episodes. Dehydration from mites or regurgitation is a killer for snakes, and good hydration is essential for digestion- FYI, that's also why they sometimes have trouble trying to digest & shed at the same time. I 'second' the suggestion to add Nutribac (or Benebac) for reptiles.

Re: Regurgitation
Hi,
Remember to make it a slightly smaller meal than usual as well. Thie idea is to stress the digestive process as little as possible.
