I recently purchased a Pastel YB GeneX Pied ball python from Justin. I first contacted him about the animal via email, within minutes I got a response that covered exactly what I asked as well as a few brand new pictures of the snake, so I knew exactly what to expect. I had a few more questions so instead of just responding through email he took a phone call from me. Justin could not have been more helpful, down to earth and overall very pleasant to talk to. I paid for the animal and asked to have the package held at the nearest hub that way my snake wouldn’t be bouncing around a delivery truck more than it had to. He was more than happy to do so and sent me the tracking information. The packaging was perfect, well insulated and warm. Included inside the box were a bunch of very high quality glossy pamphlets and really nice stickers as well as a thank you card signed by Justin. When I got the snake out she was still warm, and absolutely stunning. The quality of animal that Justin produces is absolutely top notch.
The overall quality customer service and quality of animal I received from him is nothing short of the best, If you are considering purchasing an animal through JKR you can buy with confidence!
