    Update

So, thanks again for all the advice. Through the last few weeks I've added a thermostat (3 weeks ago) and now my little guy has consumed a mouse both last weekend and now tonight! I appreciate the help that you all have provided, but now I have a few more questions...
Now that he is starting to eat, I would like to eventually interact with him so that he can become more friendly.
How many weeks total should he eat consistently before I can begin to handle him?
Also, what is the best plan for trying to make him less afraid of me?
How often should I get him out and for how long?
(I don't want to stress him and jeopardize the success we've had in feeding).

Re: Advice Needed! My ball python won’t eat!

Congrats on the successful feedings. Once you get the husbandry dialed in most snakes are pretty easy to care for. I usually start handling my new snakes after they've eaten 2-3 consecutive meals. I'd start with a 2-3 times a week for 10-15 minutes each time. With time and patience your BP will see that you're not a threat and should mellow out.
