Can I feed 2 rats on the same day?
The store I buy the rats from hasn’t got the size I usually feed to my BP so I got two smaller ones.
So basically can I feed 2 rats on the same day? To make up for the usual size I give which is small rat.

Only if they are fed within about 30 minutes of each other, ie. one after the other. If you wait a few hours, digestion will start on the first, & will be greatly interrupted
by the 2nd one & may cause a regurge of both. Also, you don't want the 2 items to exceed the size of what is normally taken, at least, not by more than a little. Many
BPs don't like to accept more than one item, but some will. Many other kinds of snakes will happily take multiples, but either way, they need to be fed close together so
they're digested at the same rate.

How many grams smaller? I would just feed again at four or five days if on a seven day feeding. It's not like a snake catches the same size meal all the time in the wild. If the snake will eat two in one day all is well.
Now, my Boas will eat till they pop.

Good luck!

Yes, this is what I've done several times with my BP. Usually feed with an hour of each other. Never had any regurgitation problems. Good luck!
