HELP! Kingsnake is acting strange!!
I called my vet ASAP and he’s busy at the moment. She ate less than a week ago and was active and drinking water yesterday. Today I checked on her and the sides of her by her vent are sunken in and I’ve never seen it before. She’s never been aggressive in her life and she keeps trying to bite me! She’s barely moving and all she keeps doing is striking! She’s a very active girl and i feel like she’s dying right now. She’s a 5 year old kingsnake!

Has she ever bred? Did you look around her cage...she may have produced infertile eggs ("slugs") even if never bred.
Sure can's solve this online & not seeing her..."striking" sounds like she's in pain, maybe? Have you communicated your concerns to the vet well enough?
Most vets would find a moment to see a snake in trouble...but even if you have to call another vet, DO make sure they have snake experience.

Re: HELP! Kingsnake is acting strange!!
She’s never been bred and no slugs. I did press on her vet a bit to see if maybe she was backed up and a little bit of feces came out and it was very fowl smelling

Sounds like some sort of infection...though since she's 'upset' right now, that may also have been musk. (snake musk will gag ya!)
I hope you can get her seen a.s.a.p.- and I hope she gets well, I agree this sounds urgent. Don't take "no" for an answer.
Can you post pics of her "sunken" areas? (not a priority though, getting an appointment takes precedence)

Could also be prey (contamination?) related: was she recently fed a rodent from a familiar source (& no previous issues)?
Hope you have luck calling the vet back...
