    The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

    Thats my hope. I see so many people buying burms, like dozens a week and not one has a clue. Ive tried to help on Facebook over and over but the same questions come into play day in and day out. Im hoping people will print out, use it as a guide and the Animals will benefit.

    Thank you guys... every time I hear newbie questions on FB after someone gets a Burm or Retic home I want to put my head through a wall. I feel terrible for the animals. God knows how 1/2 of them end up
