It says you need to connect something additional I am not sure about this as I use microclimate evo in my vivs far easier to use

Are you able yo send me the link so i can have a look at the microclimate evo stat please? I haven't heard of them ones before my partner normally uses the ones I showed you but i want stat u can use for both the ceramic heat bulb and the thermostat in a day and night pulse too

I think it may only be a uk thing I’m afraid, I can’t find it on American eBay or American amazon.
Hopefully some one in America can advise u further

Looks very technical to set up
I use this very one for my ceramics, it only has one probe so you would need a second stat for Mat but a very basic mat stat would be fine.
It’s not hard to setup because it’s touch screen so u just type in the temps you want

Sorry for your lose. Do yourself a favor a listen to the experienced patrons we have on this forum and NOT that store clerk that doesn't seem to know what it takes to burn wood or even that snake digest with belly heat. I'm not going to repeat everyone just want to stress the fact that store clerk is passing poor info IMO.
