    BPs like snug hides, that basically fit like turtle shells. I have 2 in my 40 gallon enclosure, so you definitely have room.
    Although that hide looks beautiful, it's not practical for a BP.

    Your snake is likely stressed and that's why she struck at you. She's probably pushing her water bowl around trying to find a decent place to hide.

    That's awesome, it's easy for a snake to hide and climb safely. If she needs a little more privacy (wide doorways) you can always crumple some paper to
    partially block her view. The only thing missing is "back pressure"...the snug-in feeling many snakes need, & for that, you could always put a smaller hide
    inside this one. Overall though...

    Well I had a smaller hide I just switched out today that was too small for her that's when she struck at me she was stressed she's almost 4 feet
