    Serpent in the sun

I was finally able to coax my little scrubby out into the sunlight for the first time since his last shed. His iridescence never disappoints and he appears to be coloring up nicely this year. Plus, I somehow turned around and my little squirt is 5 feet long

What did you do to that poor widdle snakey to upset him? I guess now you know he's a Gemini? Sure is pretty though!

Hahaha, I wish I knew because I’d love to NEVER do it again! An angry scrub is a force to be reckoned with I mean, I get that I woke him up from a nap, but jeez! He wouldn’t even look at me the next day. If he was perching and I walked by, he simply buried his face.

I really wish I could learn parcel tongue, because he tries so hard to speak. When he was mad, I kept hearing these low, whisper- like hisses. Naturally, I would come closer to hear better because I wasn’t sure he was making that sound. And naturally, the closer I got, the more pissed off he got and the more I feared for my face

Since I don’t know his birthday, I generally estimate him to be a Leo...but the evidence is circumstantial at best. So he very well could be a slippery little Gemini!

Your little scrub isn't so little anymore aye? He looks amazing and that iridescence is off the charts.
