    Mojave Yellow belly progress

    so awhile back i bought this mojave yb off craigslist from a breeder for 40 bucks he was purchased as a regular mojave he was in great health eating good his colors just seemed odd to me the more he aged it became very clear what was going on heres the before picture from 3 months ago and now

    i cant wait to make some mystic potions with this guy they should be amazing!

    Very nice animal. Here is a heads up on the mystic potion making...

    If you want to have snakes with more "purple" use a very dark mojave.

    The one you have will make animals that look like this as they age. Her brother is in my signature. He is also pinstripe.



    This year I used a dark mojave for one of my clutches and got this...



    There are two purple passions in here that hatched out darker than their cousins. Notice the difference in the one that is also pin compared to the guy on the left. It has almost no pattern. I predict these guys are going way more "purple".

    I personally like the lighter snakes, but I for sure wouldn't have named them purple passions. No purple to be seen anywhere.
    Honest, I only need one more ...

    Very interesting i never knew that now i really cant wait to see the variations he throws here is the female mystic he will be paired with when the time comes shes guaranteed mystic there was no Mojave in the pairing she came from M.D exotics here in Tampa,fl
