I feed my carpet roughly once a week. They're semi-arboreal so make sure you have branches for him to climb on. Overall mine has been an easy snake. Good attitude, no problems with feeding other than when I switched from mice to rats but now that she's accustomed to rats she eats them no problem.

I was told this guy already eats rats, that's a plus for me! Though, very small ones, obviously. I do have some driftwood in his quarantine tub for him to climb, and that seems to be his favorite feature of it so far!

Thanks!! And cool, that's what I thought, but I was having a hard time finding feeding schedule guidelines for anything other than BPs, haha, so I wanted to check.
