Well here is Gina who is pure Rio Bravo Pokigron suriname from parents from Gus Rentfro's 2006 litter. She has the classic Pokigron medallions as well as the pink sides but her saddles are more rounded. She also has the connected saddles which i have been told is something that goes with Pokigrons.

So, case in point, even though its is TRUE there are no real hard boundaries in the area. The argument or reasoning stands, that locations within the region show evidence that some populations of animals in specified proximities do show traits that are distinct from other areas.
Actually the Guyana boas tend to be the darker, not the lighter of the two when compare to the Suris. Guyana boas are said to have the purple tinge and less buckskin looking areas.
Peru boas, again, depending on the locale, are actually yellow or golden.
All wild boas have the potential to have anomalies like black specs and very dark patches.
The Pokigron boas are special. A lot of what we see now are captive bred animals with the most desirable traits.
No matter what, the boa here is very pretty and the OP has a nice animal!!
