Not really sure, but From the research I’ve done it’ll take me 2-3 years to actually breed but in that time the price for what I want may go down, so I may not have too.

The genes would need to be het at the very minimum for both parents as the morphs are recessive.
The most affordable female I would consider would be a pied het vpi axanthic as then you can be sure all the babies ( even the normal ones ) are at least true dual hets.
The pied would all be het axanthic and the axanthics would all be het pied.
You can chase the odds by using a dual het female but then you get into the world of poss hets - which can be harder to sell.

If you want to breed an axanthic pied, the best odds of any morph to buy to breed would be an axanthic pied.
This way you will get 50% chance for VPI axanthic piebald hatchlings, and 50% chance of getting VPI axanthic Het pieds.

So if I bought a pied 100% het for Axanthic and and a Axanthic 100% het for pied. How do I figure what I would end with?
