I am no expert, but do own 3 boas, so I'll put in my 2 cents. I think the boa would enjoy the climbing opportunities in the enclosure you posted. With it being a yearling (probably about 2') it may want more hiding opportunities, so making sure you have a hide available on both the warm and cool ends would be important. My boas all use their hide boxes.
That said, with it being in quarantine, I'd be concerned about having to treat mites or otherwise fully sanitize that setup. Considering that wood will absorb things, I wouldn't want to use chemical agents in a cage like that.
If it were me, I'd probably stick with something easier to clean / sanitize during quarantine and then move into the enclosure you posted if you need to use it before you get the t13.
Good luck with your new little one! Boas are a blast to own and handle.
Currently keeping:
1.0 BCA 1.0 BCI
1.0 CA BCI 1.1 BCLs
0.1 BRB 1.2 KSBs
1.0 Carpet 0.5 BPs
0.2 cresteds 1.2 gargs
1.0 Leachie 0.0.1 BTS

Thanks!
I forgot to mention that I’ve sealed the Vivarium with epoxy resin (about 4 coats for extra protection).
Aside from the hide already there, there would have been 2 hides set up on either side. Also, since these are sliding glass doors, I was thinking of installing some type of locking/security measure to prevent escape. The hide on the bottom also has 11” flexwatt heat tape for additional heating if needed.

I would keep her in the tub for the QT period, or at least for long enough to be sure she doesn't come with mites.
