Do you vacuum seal your frozen rodents?

I've been buying roughly 4-5 months of prey at a time, three different prey items/sizes.

I then weigh and sort them, place 3-5 pieces in zip-locks (squeezing the air out best i can) and label them. The zip-locks are then put in large gallon size freezer zip-locks.

This allows me to only open what I need, the rest remain air tight.

No issues at all so far.

I use the same thing as you to seal, but I usually take enough to last 4 feedings out at a time, then I seal everything else and the next month I do the same. I do this because I deal so much with frozen as I buy and resell to other people locally to me to help them out and save them money so I know first hand how much longer they last when sealed properly.

Mine come frozen already. I then weigh each one individually place them into weight piles, then write the weight on the freezer bag and the pile goes into that bag. No more than 4 to a bag so the others stay fresh and sealed.
