Buying Snakes Online

Im thinking about getting another ball python in december. The stores around here suck and the only reason I even got my girl now was because of stroke of luck. How safe is shipping snakes and buying them online. I know its stressful on then but i dont think anybodies gonna have any till next summer. All the reptile show around here are this weekend and in 2 weeks.

be careful and do some research on the breeders. take your time and think things through. if you buy from a good breeder, you'll have no problems! you can buy snakes all year long.

I know about researching the breeders. I was just worried about the stress on the snake. I've bought fish online and its almost always been good.

Shipping snakes is very safe. I've recieved 6 snakes through shipping, all perfectly healthy!

I have bought two snakes online. Actually, I will be receiving a het hypo female this Tuesday from Adam @ 8 Ball Pythons. Buying ball pythons online is great.....but like everyone said...just make sure you are doing business with a 'good guy'

Shipping is normally $30-35. Heavier snakes cost more to ship.
