    possible humidity problem

since i just ordered my hoggie and mice i figured id put the water bowl and stuff in the tank to see how the humidity would be. before the water the humidity was 30-42% kinda fluctuating. after the water its now at 52-53%. i have 9 holes on each side of the tub and 4 holes on the front and back. (6.6q tub) my room humidity is about 33% heres the setup:

Add more holes to the lid, and in general around the tub, until you're happy with the humidity level.

Aspen's one of the least humid substrate choices. Have fun testing!
