I just picked up a couple female lessers, I can't believe how beautiful that gene is in person! I had no idea, it seems you just can't quite capture the beauty on camera. This year I'm going to try to make some Bamboo Lessers, should be an all white snake. It's allelic so if you breed the Bamboo Lesser you won't get any normals, will make for a powerful breeder.

As for my retics, the male is a purple albino super dwarf, he is actually 37.5% super dwarf, 50% dwarf (Jampea), and 12.5% mainland. The female is a white albino 50% dwarf (Jampea) and 50% mainland.

So the babies will be all lavender albino, and will be a mix of SD / D / mainland (19 / 50 / 31). I'm guessing the babies should get about as big as a boa constrictor. My male is definitely smaller than a boa, the female is a bit bigger. Should be a perfect mix to give a nice large snake, but not too large that can't be handled by one person. I'll be sure to post something here when and if I get a clutch this year. I'm actually thinking about holding back two of the babies and breeding them together, that will give me a mix of white albino, lavender albino, and purple albino babies!

Re: Let's see what you are pairing up!

My favorite pairing this season is a step in a direction I hadn't planned on but something after I thought about it will be a great move. Pastel het sunset to a female I just picked up. Spider hurricane
The only drawback is that I'll have to keep all the possible het females

Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.

Count me in, I'll be picking up one if they're listed! Thanks for the reply.

What do you think you'll be asking? You can pm me if you don't want to post it here.

As a reminder and as an official warning as well, this is not the place for this type of discussions and you need to take this to PM. Thank you!

Re: Let's see what you are pairing up!

I've still only got the one female up to weight, the other that is old enough is still being a picky eater and very slowly gaining weigh. She's at 1200g now and was about 1000g this time last year. Once she's up to weight I've got a little enchi lesser her clown to put with her, she's a pastel her clown. Then a little mystic girl he'll get to be with in a couple years, yearling that's only 500g now.
. I'm doing the same pairing I tried this time last year, coral glow X enchi, but this time instead of being about 1300g when I started pairing my female is 2400g after a SnS now. I've already had one lock about 3 weeks ago and it lasted about 24 hours before they broke apart. Hopefully she's producing follicles now as I've been catching her wrapping the water bowl every time I open her tub the last couple weeks. And her back end has been looking a little puffy even after pooping. So hopefully this year.

That pastel yb phantom is hot. You are going to have a party figuring out those babies.

    Thanks, I really like him.
Lol, your so right about trying to figure out the babies but I already new that. I already decided that all the purple passion combos might need to be sold as purple passion possible pastel yb fire lol. Because honestly looking at the pictures on wobp I can barely distinguish a difference. I'm hoping in person having them to compare next to each other I will be able to see at the very least pastel or fire on top of the purple passion but if not, that's my back up plan haha. I'm just excited about making some purple snakes
