    Perlite incubation method/ substrateless

Hey does it matter which perlite you use to incubate your eggs if you are doing the substrateless/egg crate method? I remember people would say that you can't get this certain brand for perlite, but someone on youtube thats pretty well known uses miraclegro perlite, but with the egg crate.

What you need is pure perlite without any type of additives, usually the one sold by miracle grow is not pure (unless they now make one) is has miracle grow in it, in other words chemicals.

Personally I don't care if Famous Joe Schmoe on Youtube uses something that is not pure and never had any issue, I would not do it.
