    Yep! Patience is key... and maybe another snake with a higher prey drive to act as garbage disposal hahahah! First time mine went on a long fast I started getting pretty concerned around the 3rd-4th month. Still didn't eat for two more months after that. I eventually tried doing a full cage clean to strip his scent of the enclosure and he ate 10 minutes later. I now think that was a total coincidence but it might be worth a shot. He still fasts every winter for 4, 5, 6, months at a time so I picked up a retic to clean up what he wouldn't eat haha! No more wasted rats
