    Best way to collect eggs

What's the best way to approach a momma snake to get the eggs? I am thinking about not harming the eggs, momma or getting bit if I can avoid it

Have a hand on the front to get her attention, than grab her from behind with your other hand and start uncoiling her once you do that you no longer need to get her attention so you can move the hand that was on the front to help uncoil her. Be gentle when uncoiling the snake and make sure that there is no roll-out (in case the eggs are not stuck to each other).

Move the female to a holding tub , secure the tub, collect the eggs, candle, put in the eggs box and then in the incubator.

Next clean the tub completely, change the substrate and wash out your female as well, you can wipe her off with a Chlorhexidine solution.

    Carefully

In all seriousness, a pillowcase is going to be your best friend.
