    Question GHI Mojave- Adult Colors?

Hello! I am looking into purchasing a fabulous baby GHI Mojave! I have loved this morph for some time now, but rarely see the adults. I usually only see the hatchlings. The snake I am looking at is very dark. I am wondering if he will retain the dark color as he ages or will it fade into a more gray-ish black? Thank you for any information!

I believe he was asking spificaly about the ghi Mojave combo not just Mojave

Op yes they do tend to stay fairly dark. Go to morphmarket. Bob Clark has two adults for sale you can see how they hold color

Laziness is nothing more than the habit of resting before you get tired.

    Re: GHI Mojave- Adult Colors?

It's hard to say. Ball pythons do some pretty crazy things with their colors when they get older, and I'm learning to expect the unexpected with mine. I got a female ghi mojave from an auction and she was super dark when I got her. She was a little over 100g. But it seems like with every shed her color and pattern is changing. She didn't have any spots on her sides and now faint yellow/white little teardrops are showing up and the yellow band on her back is getting lighter. I've seen some pretty brown ones with side markings and some super dark plain ones. Either way if you get one, the ghi mojave is an awesome snake to be working with

i have a pair. they're not fully grown yet, but they've stayed dark. the only thing is that the yellow in dorsal pattern/markings have faded.
