    Good coco husk alternative?

Hey Ive been using either aspen or paper towels with my snakes so far. I really have no trouble keeping humidity up because I live in the tropics (wish I culd get it down most of the time XD).

I am however curious as to any good alternatives if I ever did want to use something that holds humidity better such as coconut husk bedding. The main problem being I have a severe coconut allergy which completely eliminates it as an option in my household. Any good alternatives?

    Bedding

We had the same problem. Switched to cypress and he loves it and the humidity is good now. U can get it from PetsMart for around $25.
