    Question Green poop?

I recently bought a 5 year old ball python and today she made this loud noise and it was kind of gurgling? And I went over and saw liquidy dark green poop that smells awful. I'm not sure if it's an infection or not. I was thinking its because she hasn't eaten in months but I don't know what to do. I checked for bubbles and excessive amount of saliva for RI but she looked good. Should I see a vet just to be safe?

Depends on where you got the animal from. If it came from a questionable source, I would take it to the vet for a full check up. If it came from someone that knows what they are doing, I would wait for one more defecation to see if things get a little more solid.

Unfortunately I assume you already got rid of the feces, but if not, take it in for a fecal sample. Otherwise, just keep an eye on her and take in the next abnormal stool sample if she continues to have abnormal poop with no other symptoms. No need to take in the snake when doing this - just the poop.

I got her from a breeder. Last time she pooped it was normal and solid and that was about 2 weeks ago

She hasn't been acting strange at all it was just last night and her weird noises and green liquidy poop. After that she got very aggressive and was waving her tail ): but she's usually very friendly and never aggressive.

I would suggest that you check your husbandry here, and wait it out at least one more defecation. I have had similar things happen after the arrival of a new animal due to shipping stress.
