    I need help

I just recently got a ball python from a friend because she wasn't takin care of her. I was feeling her in a Tupperware and she recently won't eat from the Tupperware and will only eat if I leave the mouse in her tank overnight. I don't want her getting used to this, and advice?

How often are you trying to feed her? Just feed her in her enclosure if that is what she prefers. What kind of enclosure do you have her in? If she does eat that's good but it would concern me leaving a mouse live overnight.

Why are you feeding her in a Tupperware out side of her enclosure? Feeding in a separate container is generally not an accepted practice anymore, it stresses out the snake , puts them at risk of regurge and puts you at more risk of being bit. Feeding in their enclosure is preferable.

Feed in the enclosure, moving a BP to another location for feeding can be stressful enough that the animal will not eat, not to mention that you are increasing the risk of getting tagged. (the last thing you want to do is move a snake in feeding mode)

There is nothing wrong with a BP eating a F/T prey left overnight in the enclosure.

What YOU want is irrelevant what the snake prefers and what works prevails.
