Boa struck the mouse (Frozen Thawed) and didnt eat it

Same mouse as was eaten many times before so size isnt a problem.
Never had problems with feeding before.

I understand ball can do it but boa? Any ideas?

Did it strike and coil or just strike at it? Probably just a defensive strike and not a hunger strike.
Boas so that sometimes, also in my experience it's not super common but some boas don't like to feed when about to go into shed.
