Breeding problems - looking for reasons.

    Hi everyone,
This year I had big problems with breeding/ incubation eggs. I hope you can help me with finding reasons of this situation.
Firstly I must told you I have drastic photography of my dead babies but I don't publish it yet. I will put it after asking about it in comments.

Any way let's start from begging.

Last year I without any problems breed my animals and incubate them (7 eggs - 7 living without problems animals).

This year I breed my Pastel female (virgin) to my Pinstripe male (virgin) {different pair then previously}.
I get 5 eggs from this paring.
I set my incubator like last year.
Unfortunately - one egg start mildew around 38 days of incubation, I trying clean it paper towels to do anything.
But I loose and it was totally mildew so I removed it from incubator, cut it and inside find deformated babie with fused/conned (used translator for this word) stomach, unabsorbed yolk (if it's good word) and yolk was almost like old butter- dense, hard and dark yellow color.
[I have photo how it's look like]
48 days of incubation they start hatching.
One of them almost fully go out and die - didn't absorb yolk, and it's look like yolk - when it trying go out - pull out it stomach (I hope you know what I mean, from head to yolk snake looks empty)
[I have photo how it's look like]

Other 3 eggs wasn't great to. It isn't have big blood connection so when I cut it for easier go out, it doesn't blooding.
Eggs looks like dry - snakes don't be slippery, covered with slime. Snakes looks more like you know covered dry slime (like dry skin).

Any one can help me find reasons of this situation?
I think it can be some genetic problems.

But it's not o want to know how in future prevent this kind of situation.

Need some more information. Temperatures in the incubator, substrate and egg box setup. did you cut them open at day 48? Did you use a thermostat?

Re: Breeding problems - looking for reasons.

Sorry for your setback with the incubation but more specific info is needed on the ages and weights of the parents as well.
Stay in peace and not pieces.
