Well, there is more of a chance that a Mexican species milksnake (pueblan) and a California king would meet in the wild as a intergrade. Certain geographical locations would make this a reality. However, a Florida species would hardly ever meet in any overlapping territories with a California king. Actually, hemipenal structures vary in their compatibility with female cloacal structures in some cases. Lol. I would venture to say what goes on in the terrarium stays in the terrarium in extreme cases.

Yeah, I'll acknowledge it's a freaking beautiful snake.

But intergrades and hybrids are just not my cup of tea and I know many people agree.

That, and this snake looks like this. Maybe 1 out of 1000 intergrade/hybrids end up looking that good. If the price was reasonable even a purist like me might consider it looks so cool hahaha.

From what I've seen 1 in 10,000 maybe closer as I've not seen one anywhere near as pretty .

Price was a steal in my opinion I'd have happily paid 5 times the figure I actually paid .... £220 for a 12" worm about 3 years ago .
I still can't understand why the breeder eventually let it go , sure I pestered him over a period of about 6 months but he could have ignored me . I guess if he had the parents he'd be expecting another similar one to be popping up eventually ??

Technically you wouldn't be producing a Hybrid by breeding two getula subspecies together. In a sense of genetics its kinda like a person from Europe breeding with a person from Asia. If that happens the children look different from each of the parents, but are still able to breed.

As for the offspring from your crossed clutch, you can certainly get rid of them to new owners; probably not for money. Just realize that whoever takes one of the animals then becomes responsible for never letting it react with the natural world, because as we know many new snake owners tend to release what they don't want into the wild. That is why it is best not to breed them.
