    Pastel Desert Ghost

Arjana looks particularly pretty on her new substrate. The darker color off sets her highlighter yellow really well

She is growing up so fast. I swear this girl is never "full". If up to her (which it isn't) every day would be feeding day..haha.

You're right. She looks awesome on that substrate. What a glow?

I know there are much more important reasons for choosing a substrate, but it sure does help that she looks so good on it.

    I know, right

Hopefully this stuff will work for us (snakes and me)

If not we will probably end up going with Reptichip. Which is also dark. Just wish it would be less chunky.
Just want to get away from aspen, and I don't like paper.

This is Herptopia, right? I saw it on the Animal Bytes Youtube channel recently. It looked like it was easy to work with.

It is ! But the verdict is still out So far I like it, but the proof will be in the pudding. Need to give it a few weeks and def. need to put it with some of the bigger snakes !! I'm just not sure if now is a good time to switch, since all the adults are breeding and I don't want to stress them. They've been on Aspen all their life. I'm still thinking about it, I would like to try this stuff out in at least one of the "adult BP" tubs..They make quite larger messes then little Arjana..

edited to say, the change didn't seem to affect Arjana much. Even though she ate 2 days ago and got new substrate today and also got handled. She still wanted food when I checked on her. She always wants to eat.

I agree. The Normals are one of my favorites. The only reason I'm not thinking of getting a Normal is that I am planning on getting 2, then breeding them once. That will probably get me some Normals.
