How bad does it stink?
A gurge will literally clear the room.

The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.
1.2 Coastal Carpet Pythons
Mack The Knife, 2013
Lizzy, 2010
Etta, 2013
1.1 Jungle Carpet Pythons
Esmarelda , 2014
Sundance, 2012
2.0 Common BI Boas, Punch, 2005; Butch, age?
0.1 Normal Ball Python, Elvira, 2001
0.1 Olive (Aussie) Python, Olivia, 2017
Please excuse the spelling in my posts. Auto-Correct is my worst enema.

Based on the visual I would go with regurge.

(Sorry to hijack the thread, but being on topic) What could cause a regurge other than too low temps or handling too soon after feeding?
-

If not fully defrosted and some tissue was still frozen.
If some tissue started to decay. Meaning it had been dead too long before freezing or offered if prekill. Or the food was refrozen too many times or even at all. Basically, food poisoning.
If a rat was diseased, but not known. And the disease affected tissue or blood that the snake's immune system and or digestive system could not handle.

Improper temps
Handling too soon / stress
Too big of a meal (it's not always spit right back out but sometime 2 or 3 days later)
Internal parasites.
Health issues
In most cases it's 1 or 2 you just need to go by elimination but if the following meal 2 weeks later is regurgitated as well and everything is done right, proper temps, no handling after the meal it is definitely something to look into.

Re: Poop or regurge?
There was no noticeable smell. Should I wait 2 weeks to feed anyways? I don't want to risk anything.

Re: Poop or regurge?
Looks like poop to me. Every now and then I'll get a poop, or part of a poop, out of my kiddos that looks like a clump of hair, just like that. Definitely not a regurge.
