Question Companies that sell quality euthanized feeder mice online

    Hi

I am currently looking for an online company that sells quality guaranteed CO2 euthanized then frozen feeder mice. Can anybody recommend a company? I don't want to buy from a company that has not humanely euthanized the mice.

    Thanks! Yvonne

I'll save my personal comments about the subject. Shop for a quality frozen rodent supplier online and just assume that's the way they do things. No place is going to tell you otherwise so whether or not they guarantee you it's likely either a lie or just to make you happy.

Although this sounds wrong...I want clean, healthy looking frozen feeders...after all, how can you be healthy when dead...but am sure you guys know what I mean...I don't want feeders that reek of urine or feces...throughout the course of Cleopatra's life the company I have been most satisfied with is PerfectPrey.com

Second on Perfect Prey. Have been ordering with them for 2 years and other than the occasional broken seal, their product has always been top notch.

    Welcome to the forum Yvonne.

I have been very satisfied with Perfect Prey. When Big Cheese has the feeder size available that I need, I find them to be just as good.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Unless you plan on touring the facility you are buying from you will never know, you can always raise your own feeder and euthanize them yourself that is how I know I have quality and that my feeder are properly cared for and humanely euthanized.

If you look at the website most companies have a piece about how they euthanize their feeders.
I really like big cheese. It is listed under how they process.

Both layne labs and perfect prey also list this information under their faq.

If you want to think you have that kind of control over your food source then breeding them yourself will be your best option.
