Green light on vivarium electronic thermostat

Just hooked up my ve 200 to my rack unit 10 minute's ago and It has a flashing green light not rapid but continuous then it will be on steady then back to flashing again. SP is set to 93 probe is at 93 I have it set to proportional.
    So....
My question is this normal? Just double checking also probe is exactly in the same position as helix probe was..

Yes, the green light shows hen power is applied to heat source. Flashing is normal.

I just picked up a 300 series and it has the same flashing light. I have it plugged into a power strip and that light blinks too, just short pulses of power for more accurate heat control.
