Boamaster experiences?

Anyone have experiences ordering from Boamaster/Mark? this guy is MIA. I ordered a 4x2x1 about a week ago and havent received any reaponse to my texts/e-mails. very poor customer service if you ask me. im glad im not in a hurry to get this cage (if i ever do get it).
