Harlan Teklad (18%) or Mazuri 6F

Is there a major benefit to use one of these foods over the other or are they fairly equal in terms of quality? I can get Mazuri a little cheaper, but it's not as convenient (have to order a few weeks in advance and drive a bit further), or I have a feed store near my house that always stocks Teklad.

Teklad is just better quality in general and tends to produce healthier rats.

Both are excellent. Rats smell less with the 6F. But as I stated both excellent feed.
