Some fancy kids. (animal photos!)
Not mine, mind you! I stared at these guys today at the zoo, but I thought I'd share the photos! Speckled rattlesnake, and a couple others that I don't remember the exact names of. Typical ones native to California. Identify them for me, if you know!
I'm planning on printing them to hang up in my room.
And just a few more of the hundred photos from today of my other favorite animals.
A huge Golden Eagle. He stared straight at me and stalked back and forth 3 feet away from me for these ones.A very curious and derpy eagle! He jumped on a cardboard box and fell off. And for the most part, he walked around on the floor like a giant hen.
A couple very pretty mountain lions in the same enclosure. They're such powerful animals! I could watch them for hours.
Precious little coyote.
I've had a much larger one stalk me and proceed to chase me in the past- about 4 years ago. That one was probably 50 lbs or so, as large as my Australian Shepherd. I turned around and saw him running to me right as he was literally less than 5 feet from me, and stared at him. He looked embarrassed about something and walked away from there.
