So the worms are out and the results are in. I had 8 total eggs, two of which were slugs. Three didn't make it through incubation and two came out with some issues (one of them with some serious issues). The Hypo is healthy and beautiful, the Hypo Sable has a somewhat small head and didn't absorb everything that was in the egg, yolk-wise, and the Sable has no eyes and severe issues with it's snout. It may still survive as it does have heat pits and a working tongue, so time will tell. I am super stoked to have gotten the Hypo Sable and really hoping that it thrives in spite of its somewhat narrow back half of its head. Following are some pictures in different lighting and a close-up of the deformed head. The pairing was a het Hypo (dam) to a Sable het Hypo (sire).
