Pairing
Hi. I'm new to the forum and some what new to ball pythons. I'm having a hard time trying to pick what ball pythons to get and pair together for breeding. I was just wondering if someone would have a small list of some good pairing ideas. I'm having a hard time choosing

There are quite a few ways to do this depending on how much money you want to spend. At the lower end the least effective I would try would be a het pied to a pastel het pied. That gives you a 1/8 chance of producing a pastel pied.

If you have the money I would suggest buying a visual recessive animal with a het. This way you don't spend all your money on two visuals and you have a 50% chance of hatching more visual recessive. As for the rest you mentioned, butter genetic stripes look great, maybe look into queen bees, bel complex snakes such as super mojaves are beautiful and fun to breed with, and pastave combos are great as well. Honestly just pick what appeals to you most and then start from there because if you are thinking about breeding, do it with morphs that you will enjoy most and not what is popular or expensive. Would love to hear your ideas and additions in the future!
