how to soak
what should i soak moe in if he needs it? a bath tub? a sink? or do i buy another Aquarium? what temp of water do you put in? how much water do you put in? how long should i leave him?

I use small rubbermaid containers, the snake doesn't need room to crawl around and be comfortable, the process is strictly utilitarian .... cool tap water no deeper than to the top of the snakes back .... put snake in, close up the top, put inside the snakes cage to keep warm .... 1 hour .... when you're done the shed should just slide right off ... if it doesn't, wait 24 hours and go back to step 1.

thanks make sense simple and easy. should i only do this if moe retains his shed, or just before he sheds, and how often should i do it?

Only for a retained shed ... soaking prior to shed can actually draw moisture out of your snakes skin making shedding more difficult.
