    AC out in shed

So, the title says it. Our AC that was in our rat shed has quit working. We will be getting a new one, but funds are going to require a couple weeks. I'm in the south where it is very humid and even early summer temps can reach 100+. What would be my best idea short term? I tired borrowing an AC, but the ones I've got available to me don't fit. I have set up a fan, but I can tell some of the younger and older animals are feeling the heat. Would more fans, maybe a large attic fan be good ideas? DIY cooling options? Or should I just hang it up and bring the entire colony inside? *shudders* I have not counted recently, but there's easily 100+ rats/mice out there and would rather not have them in the house. However, all else failing they won't be left outside to suffer.

We ended up cutting out the window to make one fit

Well as a student who just graduated and was living on a very strict budget until my new job starts next week, it wasn't about saving so much as it was they money was already allotted toward other things. Rent, etc. Adulting isn't as fun as everyone told me. :/

Whoever told you adulting is fun was lying.

I have to say though, I am in a similar boat, trying to set up a breeding colony to make my cat/ferret food cheaper but in the mean time I am losing money and I'm starting to feel it.

Yup. I'm still trying to get the rat shed right. Doesn't help that we just bought the house. Supposedly the AC in the she's was new. I'm not so sure about that claim.
