What age to start breeding yoing females?

So I'm getting ready to get a legit feeder colony rolling. I've got my rack built, have a local source for mazuri, and just purchased the last of my soon to be breeders from a reputable local source. I'm curious to know what age people start breeding their young first time females at. With the exception of my single proven female i have 11 raise up females all between 6 and 8 weeks old. I would pefer to wait as long as needed to guarantee fertility and quality litters as opposed to just putting males in and getting babies whenever. Any and all feedback would be very much appreciated

It's not a much about age than it is weight, optimal weight for females is 250 grams.
