As long as they are completely thawed and have been a while they should be fine. However if you ever have one refused I would toss it out and not refreeze it.
My personal rule and a seemingly well excepted general rule is to only refreeze a thawed rat once. After that they get nasty and rank.

We're they completely or just slightly thawed? If they were just slightly thawed I'd refreeze them but check for foul odors before using them. If the first few smelled bad I'd throw them all out and place a new order. Can I ask where you got them and was it the shippers fault they dethawed? Will they offer a free replacement order or a discount towards your next order?

I was not home when they were delivered and i was just asking in case they were thawed. The were still completely frozen. I tried a new place called northern rodents, they had the best shipping prices cause they are only 6 hours away from me.
Once a feeder thaws the decay process starts and while some people do re-freeze I do not, I just toss anything that might have thaw out.
If you do re-freeze and thaw again you are more likely to experience an exploding rodent, and this is not fun when guts spills everywhere when your snake constrict.
