    MBD in a young Tegu

On Sunday I picked up this little guy. He has swollen, rubbery legs and jaw, jagged/kinked spine and is very reluctant to move far. Have been trying to get his calcium boosted. Have a few radiographs to share!

    Poor guy!

UVB may help as well, I think the benefit is underrated when it comes to monitors and tegus.

Has it received any calcium injections yet, or is the vet just setting it up for oral? Looks young enough to make a good recovery as long as any serious injuries can be avoided.
Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

Never argue with idiots. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with their experience.
