    Good Breeders?

    Hello guys!
I'm in the researching process for getting a BP, and I'm trying to find a good place to get one. There are no local breeders that I can find, but I found a place called XYZ Reptiles that looks to be a good place. Have any of you ordered from them? I'm wanting a Butter Ball.

    Thanks all!!

Not too familiar with XYZ Reptiles, I'm always really cautious about online sites that sell a wide selection of reptiles and supplies. If you're looking for a breeder then check out MorphMarket. There is a good selection of breeders there and a lot of them are top notch. I see single gene Butters on there for $75 and would trust the breeders more there. Also check out the banners here on the left all of these breeders are great.
    Cheers, Jeff

They basically pop up out of no where in the last year advertising on various websites, no name associated with the company even when you try to check the website registrant there is nothing, so there is really very little to go on as far as whom is behind the site.

    Registrar IANA ID: 146
    Registry Registrant ID:

They use stock pictures on the website so the animal you will be buying is not the one pictured.

And there is absolutely no BOI feedback, no presence online that I can tell.

    So who knows...

Check out the Butter selection on Kingsnake Classifieds, there are a lot more entries there than MorphMarket for Butters right now - betting you can find some nice ones on KSC, and usually there's a name associated to the seller.

    Re: Good Breeders?

If you fill out your location in your profile it would be easier to steer you to a breeder close to you.

Amir Soleymani's website, yellowbellyball.com, used to link to xyz as their available listing. Not sure if he's the one breeding them, or if it's his website, but yellowbellyball is now an expired domain. The facebook is still active, though, or at least has a few posts a month. I've sent the FB page a message asking if xyz is now their commercial site for BP sales and will update with their response.

There are several Ohio-based reptile groups on Facebook where you can find local sellers, as well as a state-specific feedback group if you want to ask for references about anyone in particular.
