    Crust on leopard geckos lip

I'm scared it could be mouth rot and need help on what to do to prevent this from continuing to happen. Shes a year old leopard gecko and I clean her cage at least once a week. I use the sand colored carpet as my substrate. She ways every couple days but sometimes has a hard time grasping worms off the ground so a lot of the time I hand feed her.

So she has a yellowish colored crust on one side of her mouth. I'm trying to post a picture.
