Bts
Can you point me in the direction of a serious breeder the ones I've come across either no longer breed them or haven't answered my emails. I know babies are seasonal and time frame is not an issue for me but I'm serious on getting one so looking for serious breeders.
*on a side note I have a 48Lx24Dx13H T8 PVC cage had a BP in it but my girl hates snakes (lame right) but I love her so I gave him to my neighbors son anyway she happens to like lizards and I don't want the cage to go to waste does anyone know any reptiles other than snakes that can be kept in a cage like this. I was thinking a beardie but I think the cage is not tall enough for them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated Thanks a bunch

Re: Bts
I got my baby many years ago from Sweet Arrow Reptiles in Pennsylvania. He only breeds a litter or so a year-- small numbers, so get to him early. Great guy, highly recommended.

Check kingsnake and faunaclassifieds. I see them on there all the time.

What type of BTS are you looking for, Aussie or Indo? All aussies will be CB in the US due to Australia's export laws, most Indos are still imported or farm raised, myself along with others are trying to get the different indo species more readily available as CBB. That being said LLL does in fact breed BTS at their facility in the California.
SNAKES
1.0 Childrens Python
LIZARDS
0.1 B&W Tegu, 1.0 Bearded Dragon, 1.1 IJ Blue Tongue Skinks
FROGS
0.0.5 Dendrobates tinctorius 'Citronella'
DOGS
1.0 German Sherherd (Timber), 1.0 Wolf/Shepherd (Sabre), 1.0 Chihuahua (Taz), 0.1 Chihuahua (Penny), 0.1 Pitbull (Luna)

Check the BTS groups on facebook... There are many breeders there, but BTS here in the US are seasonal breeders, so you will have to wait until babies become available. I would go with a CBB produced here in the US.. A little more expensive than an import, but better health usually and temperament. I got lucky with mine.. He is a farm-raised baby that was purchased by a guy here in the states. He ended up moving and needing to sell some of his collection off, so I purchased my Meruke from him after he had him for about a year.. so he was healthy when I got him (already treated for parasites, etc.).
Currently keeping:
1.0 BCA 1.0 BCI
1.0 CA BCI 1.1 BCLs
0.1 BRB 1.2 KSBs
1.0 Carpet 0.5 BPs
0.2 cresteds 1.2 gargs
1.0 Leachie 0.0.1 BTS
