    Hyper vigilant gravid gal?

So since what I believe is her post ovy shed my black pastel pied gal is *super* vigilant. Usually when I open the bin she's like 'whatever', even if she's hungry. Now I peek inside and she's heads up, s-shaped neck, tongue flicking, you-put-your-hand-in-here-and-you're-gonna-lose-it. I offered her a rat and she sucked it down (she didn't go off feed until a week before laying last time so I always offer small rats during this time). I'm still not 100% sure she's gravid, but her behavior has certainly changed!

Possible while most female remain constant behavior wise, some will change and not for the best, however I don't really take mood changes in consideration when breeding. I pay attention to the physical changes that occur to know where they stand.

This gal is very tricky (or at least she was last year) with her physical cues until she's getting very close to laying (she does do the perfect coil thing during her last week). I'm not saying that her behavior is a real indication, the change in attitude is just something I've noticed lately.
